The Role

You’ll gain exposure to campaign execution, experiential marketing, influencer marketing, organic social and community building, and cross-functional collaboration while learning the foundations of best-in-class brand building. What You’ll Do
Brand Marketing Support, Operations & Execution
Provide general administrative and operational support to the brand marketing team, including supporting the execution of brand marketing campaigns, launches, and initiatives from planning through delivery
Assist with day-to-day coordination across teams including marketing, creative, product, operations, finance and external partners
Coordinate product and material logistics for campaigns, events, influencer send outs, giftings and activations, including inventory tracking and shipments
Play an active, hands-on role in producing experiential marketing efforts, including events, pop-ups, and brand activations
Work in lockstep with Director, Brand Marketing on creator procurement and relationship management; entire deal flow and reporting, as well as managing the larger creator ecosystem
Support our community outreach initiatives
Help manage timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns stay on track and organized
Maintain organized documentation related to campaign planning, product flow, creator rolodex and performance tracking
Assist with reporting, weekly team updates, and campaign recaps to support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
0-3 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, community management or event/experiential marketing
A self-starter who takes direction well, works independently once given a task, and knows when to proactively flag questions or problems to their manager
Extremely online and culturally fluent — you know which creators and trends actually matter, not just which ones are loud
Strong organizational and logistics skills; able to juggle many moving pieces without dropping the ball while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Excellent written communication and a good ear for brand voice
Comfortable reporting clearly and concisely on progress against goals
Bonus: experience with a DTC/consumer brand; familiarity with influencer platforms
You Might Be a Great Fit If
You take ownership of your work, deliver on time, and don't need to be micromanaged, while still knowing when to ask for input
You love the operational and strategic side of brand building work as much as the creative side
You are deeply plugged into popular culture, internet culture & social trends
You get real energy from pulling off a campaign, activation or other major brand-building moment and making it look effortless
You're a great partner to work with: responsive, organized, and easy to collaborate with
You want to learn brand-building from the ground up and grow into bigger strategic responsibility over time
