Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand strategies across online and offline channels. You will work closely with senior brand managers to enhance brand visibility, meet consumer expectations, and maximize commercial opportunities. Your focus will be on specific brands and categories, ensuring they reach their full potential in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Support:
    • Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Contribute to data-driven approaches to effectively meet consumer expectations.
    • Support go-to-market plans, including campaign planning, pricing strategies, product assortments, and content scheduling.
  • Go-To-Market Plan Development:
    • Champions the overall brand plan for both online and offline including: Setting framework, strategy & staging calendar for campaigns, pricing, assortment, hero SKU focus, GWPs, campaign stories, bundling, feed content planning, cross-selling and off-platform media (incl. media budget)
    • Develops a clear traffic strategy, execute & optimize for off-platform traffic for each platform
  • Market Analysis and Consumer Insights:
    • Monitor market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities.
    • Regularly assess e-stores and retail environments to stay updated on industry trends.
    • Gather and analyze consumer insights and trends to inform decision-making processes.
  • Content and Communication:
    • Collaborate in crafting key messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms.
    • Assist in developing content calendars and marketing activation plans for e-commerce and retail channels.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Collect and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
    • Track ROI of initiatives and provide accurate reporting to senior management.
    • Assist in tracking key performance indicators and making recommendations for improvements.
  • PR Strategy
    • Develop strong PR relations and focused strategy to enhance the brand equity
    • Organising product launches and promotional events
    • Identify brand influencers to create brand-relevant content
    • Integrate social listening in monthly brand alignments to ensure that the latest trends are captured
    • Represent the brand during press events/conferences
    • Work with partner agencies to execute brand campaigns
  • Community Engagement:
    • Engage with online communities to build brand presence.
    • Monitor community feedback to identify trends and inform brand strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in brand management or related fields.
  • Experience within an e-commerce or digital brand environment is a plus.
  • Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work within budgets and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills for accurate reporting.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and eager to learn.
  • Demonstrated initiative and strong interpersonal skills; a team player.
