Develop and deliver retail experiences, brand activations, visual merchandising, and installations that translate COROS campaigns and product launches into compelling physical spaces. Lead projects from concept through technical planning, vendor coordination, fabrication, and on-site installation, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and consistently across markets.
COROS is a sports technology company focused on building the best products and training solutions for endurance athletes. Our mission is to provide consumers all over the world with the hardware and software tools they need to bring them even closer to the sports they love. We put the consumer at the forefront of everything and we are relentless in terms of regularly providing meaningful value, whether that's through the products we make, our regular software updates or the stories we tell.
The Brand Experience and Retail Designer will shape how COROS shows up in physical space, turning brand and product storytelling into tangible, immersive experiences: retail environments, brand activations, installations and other consumer touchpoints. This role owns the translation of campaigns and product launches into the physical world: window displays, in-store graphics, fixtures and spatial installations that make COROS stand out where athletes actually shop and gather.
The right candidate will be equally comfortable developing spatial concepts and executing them, bringing a relentless focus on craft, materials and experiential storytelling to their work. They will bring an owner's mentality to the role, taking responsibility for bringing ideas to life beyond the design itself, leading the creative process from concept through fabrication and installation, collaborating with internal teams, vendors and contractors to ensure the final experience delivers on the original vision and budget.
With support from leaders across marketing and creative, the candidate will play an important role in defining how COROS physically connects with consumers around the world. Sitting within the Global Brand Marketing team, they will help shape what it feels like to encounter COROS in the real world, pushing our retail and experiential presence beyond conventional sports marketing.
