Brand Ambassador

Overview

The Brand Ambassador serves as the primary point of contact for participants at the event. You will greet our guests upon arrival, ensuring their needs are met and assisting them over the course of the program. The ideal candidate is charismatic, ambitious, organized and driven with a highly tuned attention to detail. You will be the model that we expect our participants to demonstrate with their clients. We require commitment to every date within the program, and a flexibility in work hours is essential, as some evening work will be required.

Responsibilities

• Should be familiar with standards of service and excellence in hospitality
• Assist in coordinating the module activities to provide fast friendly service to guests
• Developing relationships, including gathering and retaining guest information
• Knowing and communicating details of the program with passion
• Ensure the brand is represented by maintaining a positive atmosphere
• Exemplify the hospitality the program is teaching
• Maintain friendly, approachable, and positive demeanor as guest-facing liaison
• Greet all incoming guests with an inviting energy each day
• Escort guests from location to location throughout the day
• Balance work across competing priorities
• Have a heightened sense of urgency while maintaining a graceful, warm presence
• Handle a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks while being a team player

Qualifications

• Luxury retail and/or hospitality experience (Country club and golf course experience is a plus)  
• High School Diploma, College degree preferred
• Must arrive on time and ready to work
• Customer-first mindset
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated work ethic
• Ability to stand/walk up to 100% of shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
• Work well within a team
• Ability to work evenings
