Tasks
What You'd Do
- Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payouts from our sales platforms each month
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and other basic reports
- Track bills and invoices, and keep vendor and customer records tidy
- Keep receipts and documentation organized
- Help get the books ready for our CPA at year-end
We'll walk you through our setup and how we like things categorized. You don't need to arrive knowing our business.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Solid bookkeeping experience — a couple of years is plenty
- Comfortable in QuickBooks Online
- Good with Excel or Google Sheets
- Clear written English and comfortable asking questions
- Careful with details and discreet with financial information
- Reliable internet and a workable home setup
Nice to have, but not required: accounting degree, QuickBooks certification, e-commerce or inventory experience, or experience working with US-based clients.
