- Assist clients with reservation updates, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests
- Verify reservation details to help ensure bookings are accurate and complete
- Provide timely communication and ongoing support before, during, and after the planning process
- Maintain organized client records, booking information, and correspondence within company systems
- Stay informed on destination updates, supplier promotions, and travel resources through ongoing training
