*Book Designer Responsibilities:*
* Develop and refine layouts for hardcover and paperback books, ensuring design consistency.
* Make corrections to reprints and prepare mechanical files for production.
* Present design concepts and revisions to art directors and editors for feedback.
* Collaborate with team members and external departments to meet project deadlines.
* Support the design team with various tasks related to book development and production.
*Book Designer Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 3 years of professional book design experience.
* Proven talent in creating innovative book layouts, typography, and use of color.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
* Familiarity with print production processes.
