- Produce a value stream showing demand and issues with delivery for each step of the Value Stream (goal to reduce TAT at every step, even with upstream partners)
- Implementation of Metrics Implementation of Quality Controls Ability to facilitate root cause analysis based on metrics & through anecdotal discussion
- Facilitate and manage implementation of fixes (oversee a portfolio of improvements; possibly projects)
Produce Standard Six Sigma Outputs:
- Process Mapping of Current/Future State with Gap Analysis
- Ability to operate autonomously and drive the work (don’t wait)
- Strong PM Skills to accompany the process skills; need a restless soul that likes to provide healthy agitation Train others on defined processes Black Belt or Master Black Belt
