Responsibilities:
Process and generate accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
Review and reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve account issues
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
Maintain and update billing records and customer account information
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy
Prepare billing reports and financial summaries for management review
Respond to client billing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related finance role
Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
