Billing and Accounts Payable Specialist Position Overview

This is a full-time remote role responsible for managing billing operations and accounts payable functions for Enablr Therapy. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and financial record-keeping. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice review, coding, and payment scheduling
  • Handle billing operations including client invoicing, payment posting, and reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Generate financial reports and provide support for audits as needed
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline billing and AP workflows

Qualifications of a Billing and Accounts Payable Specialist:

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in clerical or data entry role. Experience in a healthcare, therapy, or education-related industry is preferred but not required. Proficiency with accounting software and strong Microsoft Excel and Google Suite skills are expected. A private, secure workspace with reliable high-speed internet access.
