You will support two fast-growing, distinct brands within an innovative wellness ecosystem:

• ✨ Eterna Aesthetics & Wellness: A luxury medical aesthetics clinic serving Orlando's Spanish-speaking Latina community (Spanish-first content).

• 💚 Aevra Health: A national concierge telehealth platform specializing in longevity, metabolic optimization, and advanced wellness (English-first content).

💼 About the Role

This is an execution-focused role—brand voice, messaging pillars, and visual identities are fully established. You will own the content lifecycle across both brands: scripting, filming, editing, publishing, managing automations, and documenting workflows inside Notion.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🎥 Short-Form Video Creation (Top Priority): Script, film, edit, and publish 4–6 high-retention Reels, TikToks, and Shorts per week for each brand using strong hooks, storytelling, and pacing. Repurpose podcasts and testimonials.

• 📱 Social Media Content Execution: Manage publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Design graphics using Canva, build an organized asset library, and craft culturally resonant captions/hooks in both English and Spanish.

• 💬 Audience Engagement & ManyChat: Manage ManyChat comment-to-DM workflows to convert interactions into booked appointments, responding professionally in both languages.

• ⭐ Google Business Profile & Reputation Management: Optimize Google Business Profiles, respond to reviews, and repurpose positive feedback into social assets.

• ✍️ Compliance-Friendly Copywriting: Draft engaging wellness content that adheres to platform advertising guidelines without making prohibited medical claims.

• ⚙️ SOPs & Workflow Documentation: Document workflows inside Notion to build repeatable systems and scalable templates.

✅ Qualifications & Skills

⭐ Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Portfolio Required: Must submit a portfolio showcasing short-form video content, editing, and social campaigns with measurable results before interviews.

• Experience: 2–4+ years creating high-performing social media content and short-form video.

• Language Skills: Professional bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

• Software Fluency: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent), Canva, and ManyChat.

• Platform & SEO Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, social algorithms, organic growth, and social SEO.

• Documentation: Comfortable building SOPs and documenting systems in Notion.

• Agency experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
