What You’ll Do

As a MomentMaker® you’ll be the first friendly voice customers hear when they reach out for help. You will:

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Schedule appointments and share helpful information
  • Listen with empathy and find the best solutions
  • Record accurate details and follow brand guidelines
  • Partner with your team to create a positive experience for every interaction

  • A natural ability to make people feel heard and valued
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Comfort using technology and learning new systems
  • The ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts
