Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated, bilingual insurance professionals with an active U.S. insurance license to join one of our premier U.S.-based insurance agency partners.
In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to U.S. clients while supporting policyholders throughout their insurance journey. You'll handle customer inquiries, policy servicing, renewals, quotes, and administrative tasks in a professional, fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to U.S. insurance clients in both English and Spanish.
- Assist clients by phone, email, text, and other communication channels.
- Explain insurance coverage, answer policy-related questions, and resolve customer concerns.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and other servicing requests.
- Prepare and generate insurance quotes while identifying opportunities to better serve clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records within agency management systems and CRM platforms.
- Ensure compliance with agency procedures and state insurance regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless and professional customer experience.
- Meet productivity, quality, and service expectations established by the agency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active U.S. Property & Casualty License OR Active U.S. Life & Health License (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the U.S. insurance industry.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Professional Spanish communication skills.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based customers.
- Strong computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Dedicated, quiet home office suitable for remote work.
- Professional USB headset and webcam.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active California Insurance License.
- Multiple active U.S. state insurance licenses.
