Bilingual German and English Customer Consultant - Remote in Portugal

We are currently looking for German-speaking Customer Support Consultants to join an international team supporting one of the world's leading entertainment and streaming platforms.

Your Role

As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience while providing professional support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  
• Resolve account, billing, and technical issues efficiently.
  
• Guide customers through platform features and services.
  
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction.
  
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
  
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.
  

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German and English (C1/C2 level).
  
• Previous experience in customer service, support, or contact centres is an advantage.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
  
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Compensation Package

• Base Salary: €920
  
• Language Allowance (German + English): €500
  
• Performance Bonus: Up to €360
  
• Fixed Bonus: €150
  
• Assiduity Allowance: €110
  
• Flex Work Allowance: €60
  
• Meal Allowance: €10.20 per working day (approximately €214/month)
