About the Role:
As a French/English Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will provide first-class support to customers through inbound phone calls, live chat, and email. You'll assist customers with questions related to orders, product information, and general account inquiries while delivering a friendly, professional experience in both French and English.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, communicates clearly, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service across multiple communication channels.
What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound customer service calls in both French and English
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email
Assist customers with order tracking, product questions, and general account support
Provide accurate information while delivering a positive customer experience
Navigate multiple systems while documenting customer interactions
Maintain professionalism and empathy during every customer interaction
Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations
Collaborate with leadership and team members to continuously improve performance
What We're Looking For
Fluent in both French and English, including written and verbal communication
Customer service experience required
Live chat and email support experience preferred
Strong grammar, spelling, and written communication skills
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
Strong computer proficiency, including basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Reliable attendance and professionalism
Ability to provide first-class customer service in every interaction
