Big Data Architect

Requirements

● Experience designing data solutions following Agile practices and SAFe methodology. ● Experience designing for testability, deployability and releaseability. ● Experience with rapid prototyping, data modelling and decentralised innovation. ● Experience working on data products and data-intensive applications. ● Experience working with Data Mesh architecture. ● Experience designing real-time streaming architectures. ● Experience hosting and managing applications through Kubernetes. ● DataOps mindset, allowing system architecture to evolve continuously while supporting the needs of current users. ● Ability to create and maintain the Architectural Runway and Non-Functional Requirements. ● Experience designing Continuous Delivery Pipelines and CI/CD data pipelines. ● Ability to enable built-in quality and security from the beginning. ● Understanding and use of at least one recognised architecture framework or standard, such as TOGAF or Zachman Architecture Framework. ● Ability to apply data, research, professional judgement and experience to ensure products make the biggest difference to consumers. ● Excellent written, verbal and social skills. ● Ability to interact with user-experience designers, developers, managers, marketers and other stakeholders. ● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with minimal supervision.
