What the day will look likeAON Digital Platform Services is dedicated to delivering value, insight and innovation through data, analytics, engagement and consultancy services to insurers and/or reinsurers, across the full spectrum of insurance, reinsurance, and capital markets.

How this opportunity is differentOur team is in need of an expert BI Platform Administrator / Engineer with strong hands-on Power BI administration experience.

Meaningful: this role is primarily passionate about platform administration, rather than dashboard development or data analytics.

We are looking for someone who can operate largely independently from day one. While onboarding and training on the Aon environment will be provided, the successful candidate should already have proven hands-on experience coordinating enterprise BI platforms.

Skills and experience that will lead to successDegree or equivalent experience in IT or Science is required. A 3rd level qualification with high analytical content, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or quantitative analysis, is desirable.

Post-graduate qualifications (in related disciplines) would be helpful.

Power BI Service / Microsoft Fabric administrationTenant, workspace and environment administration

Capacity management and performance optimisation

Gateway configuration, management and solve

Authentication, security and access management

Platform monitoring, reliability and operational support

Incident investigation and problem resolution

Working with infrastructure, networking and security teams

Supporting enterprise-scale production BI environments

Advanced English
