WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage and develop a large portfolio of broker relationships remotely, acting as their primary point of contact for all questions related to our cyber insurance and cybersecurity solutions.
Manage a high volume of activities and multiple requests simultaneously in a structured, reliable, and service-oriented manner.
Build strong, trusted relationships remotely through fast response times, clear communication, and excellent service.
Continuously engage broker partners, support them in their day-to-day business, and ensure that Stoïk becomes their preferred cyber partner.
Work daily and in a highly structured way with our CRM (HubSpot) and Slack, becoming a true power user of these tools.
Ensure accurate documentation, clear prioritization, and full visibility over all ongoing activities and pipelines.
Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Underwriting teams to make processes efficient, scalable, and customer-friendly.
WHAT YOU BRING
You enjoy working with many different contacts at the same time while always keeping a clear overview.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills—you work in a structured, reliable, and data-driven way.
A strong affinity for tools and systems; ideally, you already have some experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and Slack, or you are highly motivated to become excellent with them quickly.
You enjoy service-oriented communication via phone, email, and video calls.
A sales or customer service mindset, even if you don't yet have many years of experience in the insurance industry.
A willingness to learn and an openness to developing expertise in cyber insurance and cybersecurity.
Excellent Dutch skills and confident communication in French and English.
