Role Overview

In this entry-level role, you'll learn how to assist clients with planning vacations, researching destinations, and coordinating travel arrangements. You'll work with travelers interested in cruises, all-inclusive resorts, family vacations, romantic getaways, guided tours, and international trips while receiving the training and support needed to build confidence and develop valuable professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn about each client's travel interests, schedule, and vacation priorities
• Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, and sightseeing opportunities
• Recommend travel options that align with client preferences and budget
• Help coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, and travel services
• Assist clients throughout the booking process by providing timely information and updates
• Explain available travel promotions, package options, and travel protection plans
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
• Work with approved travel suppliers to process reservations and verify booking details
• Review itineraries and travel confirmations to ensure accuracy
• Maintain organized client files and reservation records
• Stay current on travel news, supplier promotions, and destination highlights
• Provide friendly, responsive customer support before and after reservations are completed

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, sales, or tourism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technology
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
• Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
