Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, and travel services
  • Assist clients throughout the booking process by providing timely information and updates
  • Explain available travel promotions, package options, and travel protection plans
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
  • Work with approved travel suppliers to process reservations and verify booking details
  • Review itineraries and travel confirmations to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain organized client files and reservation records
  • Stay current on travel news, supplier promotions, and destination highlights
  • Provide friendly, responsive customer support before and after reservations are completed

Qualifications
