· Coordinate project meetings and ensure the appropriate regional leaders, clinical representatives, and operational stakeholders are included.

· Develop meeting agendas, document decisions, track action items, and follow up with responsible stakeholders.

· Facilitate communication and alignment among operational, clinical, informatics, training, technical, and application teams.

· Identify project risks, barriers, and resource needs and escalate concerns to project leadership as appropriate.

· Monitor dependencies between operational workstreams and the Epic Beaker build team.

· Support workflow validation, training readiness, implementation preparation, and go-live planning.

· Provide clear and consistent project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

· Ensure decisions, responsibilities, timelines, and project expectations are clearly documented and communicated.

· Support operational readiness activities through implementation, go-live, and stabilization.
