As a BCBA Contractor, you'll have the flexibility of an independent contractor arrangement while working within a collaborative clinical environment committed to high-quality ABA services.
You'll have opportunities to:
Provide meaningful clinical support to children and families.
Partner directly with caregivers to support treatment implementation.
Supervise and support BTs and RBTs.
Collaborate with Beyou's clinical and operational teams.
Maintain flexibility in your caseload and schedule.
Contribute to Beyou's innovative caregiver-led model of ABA.
The BCBA Contractor provides clinical supervision, caregiver training, and approved indirect and administrative services to assigned clients.
BCBA Contractors maintain flexibility in caseload size and scheduling while meeting Beyou's clinical, operational, documentation, and compliance standards.
The role is designed for BCBAs who value flexibility while remaining committed to ethical, evidence-based clinical care and strong collaboration with families and clinical teams.
Provide clinical supervision for assigned clients.
Conduct direct parent/caregiver calls and provide caregiver training.
Directly supervise BTs and RBTs supporting assigned clients.
Participate in indirect clinical collaboration with the treatment team.
Review clinical data and provide recommendations as appropriate.
Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment recommendations.
Provide ethical, evidence-based behavioral services.
BCBA Contractors are expected to maintain a minimum caseload of 5 clients.
For each assigned client, the expected monthly service structure includes:
1 direct parent/caregiver call
1 direct supervision session with the assigned RBT/BT
1 indirect collaboration with the clinical/team members
4 administrative hours per month
BCBA Contractors are responsible for completing required services and documentation associated with their assigned caseload.
Collaborate with RBTs, BTs, caregivers, and Beyou's clinical team.
Communicate effectively regarding client progress and treatment recommendations.
Participate in team discussions and case collaboration as needed.
Support continuity and quality of care across the client's treatment team.
Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with families and colleagues.
Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines.
Maintain documentation that meets Beyou's clinical, operational, and compliance standards.
Ensure services are provided and documented according to approved treatment plans and applicable requirements.
Maintain professional standards and ethical BCBA practice.
Stay current with evidence-based ABA practices.
Participate in clinical discussions and opportunities for collaboration.
Remain open to feedback and continuous improvement.
Support Beyou's caregiver-led approach to behavioral healthcare.
Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, cultural awareness, and teamwork.

Current BCBA certification in good standing.
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Strong understanding of evidence-based ABA principles.
Ability to provide clinical supervision and caregiver training.
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage an assigned caseload independently.
Ability to meet Beyou's clinical, operational, documentation, and compliance standards.
Comfortable working in a technology-enabled clinical environment.
Experience providing caregiver coaching or parent training.
Experience supervising BTs or RBTs.
Experience working with culturally diverse populations.
Telehealth experience.
Experience with caregiver-mediated intervention models.
Strong interest in flexible, collaborative clinical practice.
