The Practice Lead will own the P&L, growth strategy, and team development for the Business Central practice while managing recruitment and partner relationships. Additionally, they will serve as a lead consultant or solution architect on client engagements, balancing billable delivery with leadership duties.
One of Pine's portfolio companies is a nationally recognized ERP consulting firm and proud Microsoft partner helping mid-market businesses leverage cloud-based solutions to drive growth, scalability, and operational efficiency. They're looking for a Business Central Practice Lead to build, grow, and run their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting practice.
This is a player-coach role: the successful candidate will set practice strategy, develop the team, and support sales while remaining hands-on with client delivery. Approximately 50% of their time will be billable on client engagements, with the remainder dedicated to practice leadership, team development, and pre-sales support. The role reports to the COO and partners closely with Sales, Microsoft, and ISV partners.
This is a full-time remote role.
