  • Lead continuous regulatory readiness activities across facilities, including mock surveys, tracer activities, Electronic Health Record auditing, and annual ligature risk assessment support.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of behavioral health experience may be considered.
  • Experience in healthcare risk management, regulatory compliance, patient safety, quality improvement, or behavioral health operations.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare clinical fundamentals, patient safety standards, regulatory readiness, performance improvement standards, and CQI tools and techniques.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, collaboration, negotiation, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, lead performance improvement teams, prepare reports and business correspondence, and present information effectively to leadership groups.
  • Proficiency with applicable computer systems, software programs, spreadsheets, and electronic health record auditing processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and across multiple facilities.

  • Location: Remote with 50 – 75% travel
  • Benefits: Competitive medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other applicable benefits.

The employee must be able to communicate effectively, work in behavioral health environments, and respond professionally to challenging situations in support of patient safety and facility operations.
