Project Manager – Pro AV Production & Staging (Remote – US | Full-Time)
We are currently working with one of the top Pro AV production and staging companies specializing in live events, corporate conferences, trade shows, brand activations, and large-scale productions.
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee events from pre-sale through show execution, ensuring successful planning, logistics, equipment coordination, and onsite delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage event requirements, production schedules, and logistics plans.
- Coordinate equipment, labor, sub-rentals, and onsite crews.
- Develop staging plans based on client needs, venue requirements, and budgets.
- Partner with Account Managers and production teams to execute events nationwide and internationally.
- Ensure accurate documentation, workflow management, and successful show delivery.
- Travel up to 50% for large-scale events.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of experience in the Pro AV rental, staging, or live events industry.
- Strong knowledge of professional audio, video, lighting, LED, and AV systems.
- Experience with CAD/design tools (Vectorworks preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
