The National Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through new equipment sales and managing existing client accounts within the AV rental and staging market. The role involves identifying prospects, consulting on product needs, and collaborating with Customer Success and Logistics teams.

Resolve technical escalations from Tier 1 support and collaborate with Tier 3 teams to solve complex audio-visual issues. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and update the global knowledge base.

Drive growth of advanced projector and visual display solutions by developing relationships with AV integrators, dealers, and consultants. Manage the project lifecycle from identifying opportunities and influencing specifications to delivering sophisticated visual solutions.

Drive revenue growth by developing and managing AV/UC reseller and integrator partners within the mid-market segment. The role involves generating demand through outbound efforts and refining go-to-market strategies through real-world deal execution.

The role involves resolving technical escalations from Tier 1 support and acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for maintaining technical expertise in audio/video solutions and providing training to Tier 1 specialists.
