About the opportunity

A full-time engineer covering two complementary needs across both apps: test automation on Nehemiah Layer and performance/load testing on CALL-IT. On the control plane you help automate the adversarial and functional suites into repeatable CI runs; on the real-money platform you design load tests for the high-traffic paths. The through-line is engineering rigor applied to making tests fast, repeatable, and meaningful.

About our client Our client is preparing two AI-driven platforms for enterprise readiness, with a focus on security, correctness, and financial integrity ahead of a production launch.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain automated test suites for the Nehemiah decision path, integrated with the freeze-audit CI gate.

• Design and run performance and load tests for Nehemiah intercept latency and throughput — the layer cannot become a bottleneck.

• Design and run load tests for CALL-IT high-traffic paths (as a later pass in that workstream).

• Build test harnesses and data generators that respect each platform's gated identity and account rules.

• Report performance findings and bottlenecks with clear evidence and reproduction steps.

What you bring (must-haves)

• Strong test-automation experience (Python preferred for the Nehemiah side; JS/TS useful for CALL-IT).

• Hands-on performance / load testing (k6, Locust, JMeter, Gatling, or similar) with sound methodology.

• CI/CD fluency (GitHub Actions or equivalent) and Docker.

• Ability to reason about latency and throughput in a service that sits in the request path.

• Clear written English and evidence-based reporting.

Bonus points for (nice-to-haves)

• Experience load-testing payment or transactional systems.

• Familiarity with Render, Vercel, and Supabase.

• Observability / profiling background.
