Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a self-motivated, hungry Automation Expert who treats AI tools like Claude as a core part of how they work, not a novelty they dabble in. This role doesn’t come with a fixed lane — you’ll be given the room to look across the whole business (clinical operations, marketing, partner onboarding, and beyond) and go build the automation that makes it better. If you can’t sit still when you spot a manual process, and you’d rather ship a working AI-powered fix than wait to be told what to build, this is for you.

Responsibilities

Healthcare & Clinical Operations Automation

  • Use Claude and other AI tools to design and build automation workflows for clinical operations — appointment scheduling, referral management, and follow-up communications.
  • Build AI-assisted tools that streamline surgeon and staff workflows, including data collection, reporting, and compliance.
  • Integrate automation and AI platforms (e.g., Claude, Zapier, n8n, Make, Airtable, custom scripts) with external and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to identify repetitive pain points and deliver practical, AI-powered automation solutions.

Marketing Automation & Content Creation

  • Build and manage AI-powered automation frameworks for social media publishing, analytics tracking, and content pipeline management.
  • Use Claude and other AI tools to automate content repurposing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, newsletters, and clinic websites.
  • Deploy Claude and other AI tools to handle video editing support, captioning, content planning, and campaign management — cutting manual production time down to near zero.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to deliver seamless workflows from ideation to distribution.

Partner Onboarding & Enablement

  • Develop automation processes for onboarding new clinical partners, from contract signing through to full activation.
  • Use Claude to auto-generate customized implementation programs, welcome materials, and clinic-specific training guidelines.
  • Build scalable playbooks for clinic success teams using tools like Notion, HubSpot, and internal dashboards.
  • Enable clinics with self-serve onboarding portals, automated checklists, and training progress tracking.

Requirements

  • Hands-on expert with AI tools like Claude (Projects, Agents, API/MCP) or comparable LLM platforms — this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have.
  • 3+ years in automation, systems operations, or process design roles.
  • A demonstrated track record of self-initiated projects — things you built or automated because you spotted the problem, not because someone assigned it to you.
  • Technical proficiency with automation platforms (Claude, Zapier, n8n, Make, Airtable, or similar).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, Fluent in English (C1).
  • Ability to create lightweight custom tools using JavaScript, Python, or low-code platforms.
  • Experience working in a startup or early-stage company, comfortable with ambiguity and minimal oversight.
  • Strong English communication skills. Native or Fluent (C1) level.
