Role Description: As a member of Strala's Claims team, you'll report to and work alongside the VP of Claims to deliver world-class service to our clients. You'll work remotely in a fast-paced, high-growth environment to investigate auto bodily injury claims, evaluate damages and exposure, negotiate settlements, and drive fair, timely resolutions.

Strala's mission is to eliminate non-value-added, repetitive work so adjusters can focus on what matters most—applying their professional judgment to deliver the best possible claims experience. You'll have the support of a collaborative team and ongoing coaching as we scale our capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience handling auto BI claims (first-party and third-party)

  • Active Adjuster License

  • Familiar with demand evaluation, attorney negotiation, and reserve setting

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

  • Collaborative, curious, and comfortable with change
