Role Overview:

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Recruiter with deep experience hiring for public accounting roles to support high-impact recruiting across audit, tax, advisory, and corporate accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of public accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Own full-cycle recruiting for finance and accounting roles, with an emphasis on public accounting positions (Audit, Tax, Advisory, Assurance, Accounting Advisory, etc.)
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
Conduct recruiter screens focused on technical background, public accounting experience, and career progression

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience recruiting for Finance and Accounting roles
  • Experience in the Canadian region is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience hiring for public accounting roles (Audit, Tax, Advisory, Accounting)
  • Strong understanding of public accounting career structures, titles, and progression.
