AI Summary

Identify and qualify prospective hosts through high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and SMS. Generate qualified opportunities and maintain an organized pipeline for handover to Supply Acquisition Managers.

About the role
This is a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract (approximately 24 hours per week), with the potential for increased hours during peak summer periods. Applicants must be based in Australia.

In this role, you will help grow the Hipcamp Host community across Australia by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective Hosts for our Supply Acquisition Managers. You'll be the first point of contact for many potential Hosts, introducing them to Hipcamp and helping determine whether they're a strong fit for the platform.

You'll work with a diverse mix of prospects, from farmers and private landowners exploring agritourism or diversifying farm income, to holiday parks and caravan park operators looking to increase bookings and reach new travelers.

This is a highly outbound sales role with a strong focus on cold calling. You'll spend much of your time conducting proactive outreach via phone, email, SMS, and other channels, generating conversations and uncovering opportunities for the broader Supply team. Success in this role comes from consistent activity, persistence, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

You will be responsible for qualifying leads, understanding their goals and suitability for Hipcamp, and ensuring opportunities are accurately documented before being handed over to a Supply Acquisition Manager for onboarding and conversion.

You'll work towards clear activity and pipeline targets and play a critical role in helping Hipcamp expand its Host community across Australia.

This is a remote role with a high degree of autonomy. You'll be trusted to manage your time effectively, maintain a consistent outreach rhythm, and contribute positively to a collaborative, fast-moving team environment.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales, business development, partnerships, account management, or marketplace growth.
