The manager will lead Hipcamp’s government affairs strategy across Australia to reduce regulatory risk and foster long-term market growth. They will build relationships with key decision-makers and represent the company in public discourse regarding land use, tourism, and regional development.
Support Guides manage camper and host tickets via phone, email, and social media while troubleshooting technical issues and platform challenges. They also investigate bugs, de-escalate community concerns, and provide feedback to product teams to improve the user experience.
You will identify, prospect, and onboard new hosts to the Hipcamp platform across Australia through consistent outbound sales efforts. You will manage a pipeline of leads and guide new partners through the listing creation process to ensure they are ready for bookings.
Partner with Product and Operations to identify growth opportunities and shape strategy through data-driven hypotheses. Design and iterate on experiments while building AI-powered analytics platforms and self-service tools.
