Augmented Staff Contractor

What to expect:

• Engagements are defined-length (typically 3–12 months) and tied to a specific business need
• Work is performed under the direction of a WorkWave manager, embedded within a team
• Compensation is via staffing agency invoice or a signed Independent Contractor Agreement — not through WorkWave payroll
• No employee benefits, insurance, retirement match, or paid leave
