Role Overview
Great tenders don’t come together by accident—and the details rarely manage themselves.
As our AU Tender & Estimating Coordinator (CostX), you’ll help turn complex RFT packages into organized, accurate, review-ready submissions for new-build and refurbishment projects.
Supporting an Australian client, you’ll work closely with the estimating process to keep tender documentation, deadlines, scope requirements, subcontractor information, and compliance requirements firmly under control.
You’ll be the person spotting the missing detail before it becomes a tender-day problem, keeping information moving, and helping estimators stay two steps ahead.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain tender registers, filing systems, and correspondence.
Manage tender calendars and track submission deadlines.
Review RFT conditions, scopes of work, drawings, and specifications.
Prepare tender compliance checklists and matrices.
Identify and flag inclusions, exclusions, ambiguities, and access/egress issues.
Prepare and format tender submission documents.
Populate methodology statements, returnable schedules, and cover pages.
Support the review and comparison of subcontractor quotations.
Identify differences in subcontractor inclusions and exclusions.
Maintain accurate and organized tender documentation.
Build and update capability statements, project sheets, credentials decks, and case studies.
Ensure tender documentation is complete and ready for review

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
2+ years of experience supporting construction tenders and estimating, with demonstrated practical capability.
Practical knowledge of new-build and refurbishment projects.
Understanding of the construction and fit-out build process.
Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, scopes, and tender documentation.
Experience with CostX.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong document control, organization, and deadline-management skills.
Ability to identify scope gaps, exclusions, inclusions, ambiguities, and compliance issues.
Experience working with Australian clients, or relevant European/American exposure.
Construction Management / Quantity Surveying background or equivalent relevant experience.
Ability to manage competing tender deadlines and communicate issues clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
3–5 years of practical experience in construction tendering and estimating support.
Experience supporting subcontractor quote reviews and comparisons.
Experience preparing tender submissions, compliance documentation, and returnable schedules.
Experience developing capability statements, project sheets, credentials decks, or case studies.
