The Attorney Development Specialist supports the onboarding, registration, and ongoing maintenance of clients, law firms, attorneys, and approved non-legal vendors within the CounselLink application. This role serves as a liaison between internal teams and external business partners, ensuring accurate records, successful client implementations, compliance with established procedures, and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage assigned client implementations within the CounselLink application, serving as the primary point of contact overseeing all law firm onboarding activities through successful Go-Live.
· Facilitate the registration and onboarding of new law firms, attorneys, and approved non-legal vendors.
· Maintain and update client, law firm, attorney, and vendor records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
· Document client interactions, law firm registration activities, implementation milestones, and provide regular status updates throughout the implementation process.
· Maintain and update client, law firm, and vendor documentation to support business requirements, product releases, and system enhancements.
· Provide support to clients, law firms, attorneys, and vendors regarding registration, onboarding, and implementation activities.
· Research, troubleshoot, and resolve assigned support tickets while ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
· Collaborate with internal teams on process improvements, system updates, and new functionality.
· Identify and escalate complex issues as needed.
· Perform all responsibilities in a professional, organized, and customer-focused manner while maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards.
Requirements
· Experience in customer service, legal operations, vendor management, client onboarding, implementation support, or administrative support preferred.
· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
