As a Product Engineer in our Growth (Land & Expand) department, you will own and build end-to-end customer-facing web applications that help users seamlessly discover, book, and expand their car subscription fleets. Joining our team early on, you will operate with high autonomy to transform initial ideas into frictionless digital experiences, directly influencing how thousands of customers interact with our e-commerce platform.
\nYou will own the optimization of our discovery and checkout journeys, rapidly shipping customer experience improvements that directly lift onboarding success and booking conversion rates.
You will drive fast-paced product iterations by taking feature briefs from early concepts to live production environments, keeping technical implementations simple and impactful.
You will run continuous experiments and A/B tests to validate new initiatives, such as building configuration comparison features that help customers evaluate their vehicle options.
You will champion a "build it, run it" mindset, taking full ownership of testing, deploying, and monitoring clean, reliable frontend and serverless systems.
You will leverage modern AI workflows and orchestrate agents to accelerate your development pace while maintaining exceptional code quality and user experience standards.
Deep frontend and full-stack expertise utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks - specifically React, Next.js, and TypeScript—complemented by a strong foundation in automated testing.
A dedicated product mindset with a track record of serving as a strategic sparring partner to product and design, focusing on solving user problems rather than just executing tickets.
Hands-on experience with modern AI methodologies and developer tools (such as MCP, Skills, or agent orchestration) to maximize software delivery velocity.
Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher) to collaborate effectively across international teams.
Prior experience working in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
Knowledge of growth experimentation practices, onboarding flow optimization, and product analytics tools.
