The Associate Principal Resident Engineer is responsible for planning, scoping, and implementing the Dragos Platform within customer environments. They will collaborate with internal teams and clients to optimize platform performance, conduct deployments, and provide ongoing technical support and training.

About the Role:
This role interfaces with the client directly and is responsible for planning, scoping, and implementing the Dragos Platform in customer environments. Be part of a hands-on and onsite team at power plants, substations, manufacturing floors, and refineries (to name a few), while performing installations and assisting our customer partners in monitoring and safeguarding their infrastructure.
