Become a part of our caring community

Humana is evolving how creative and content work is planned, reviewed, governed, and delivered across the enterprise. As Associate Director, Quality Assurance, you will lead the QA function that helps ensure work produced by both internal and external agencies is accurate, compliant, on brand, and ready for execution.

In a typical day, you may set quality standards, identify quality risks, guide review practices, partner with intake, creative, account, compliance, and operations leaders, and coach team members on standards that strengthen the consistency of our creative output. This includes helping teams reflect a unified tone of voice, uphold brand standards, and deliver work that feels cohesive, accurate, and ready for downstream execution. This role supports better experiences for members, patients, caregivers, and business partners by helping teams get the work right from the start.
