This role partners closely with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Patient Services, Analytics, Compliance, and Information Technology to ensure commercial data assets are governed, standardized, and optimized to support business objectives.

This role will establish the foundation for a customer-centric commercial data ecosystem by creating governance frameworks, stewardship processes, master data standards, and data quality programs across HCP, HCO, payer, patient, product, and organizational data domains.

  • Run day-to-day operations, enhancements, and support activities for commercial technology platforms including Customer Master Data and related data solutions.
  • Coordinate and perform platform releases, upgrades, enhancements, and defect resolution activities.
  • Support commercial product launches and business initiatives by preparing data, ensuring technology readiness, and testing data availability.
  • Conduct impact assessments and hands-on cross-functional reviews for system changes, integrations, and new data sources.

Data Integration & Analytics

  • Partner with Data Engineering and Enterprise Architecture teams and build data integration and provisioning across commercial systems.

  • Collaborate directly with Analytics and AI teams to improve data quality and support advanced reporting and analytical use cases.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and integrations to ensure reliable and timely data delivery.
  • Implement automated validation rules, matching logic, and data hygiene scripts to eliminate duplicate entries and maintain database integrity.

Vendor & Offshore Team Management

  • Coordinate delivery activities across offshore development teams, managed service providers, and technology vendors, working hands-on in testing and validating deliverables.
  • Manage project execution, testing, deployments, and production support activities across internal and external teams.
  • Monitor vendor performance against established service levels and support continuous improvement initiatives.
