What You’ll Do 
TTEC is looking for an Associate Data Engineer to join our growing data team. This is an entry-level role ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about data, eager to learn, and ready to start a career in data engineering.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers to build and maintain data pipelines, learn our cloud-based data stack, and support analytics across the business. We provide mentorship and hands-on training — strong fundamentals and a genuine willingness to learn matter more to us than years of experience.

You'll report to Manager, Data Engineering.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

•         Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines that move and transform data across our systems

•         Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and prepare data for analysis

•         Develop Python scripts to automate data tasks and support ETL/ELT processes

•         Support the team in working with our cloud data platform (Google Cloud Platform)

•         Help monitor scheduled data workflows and troubleshoot basic issues

•         Contribute to data quality checks and documentation

•         Learn and grow into our full data stack with guidance from senior engineers

What You Bring to the Role

•         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field — recent graduates are welcome

•         Strong foundation in SQL — able to write queries using JOINs, filtering, aggregation, and grouping

•         Strong foundation in Python — comfortable with core programming concepts (data types, loops, functions, working with libraries)

•         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•         Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies

•         Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

•         Strong attention to detail

•         Must be able to work US shift
