Associate Creator Growth

About the role

We are looking for an Associate to join our Creator Growth team. You will be a main point of
contact for creators across the Middle East, helping them join Halo, get set up and do well on
the platform. It suits someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in
the creator economy.

Key responsibilities

● Manage creator communication across social and messaging channels
● Support creator acquisition and onboarding, from first contact to an active account
● Resolve creator questions and issues, with other teams where needed
● Build strong relationships with creators, agencies and talent managers
● Share creator feedback and insights with the wider team
● Help improve communication processes and best practices as the team grows
● Support other Creator Growth initiatives as needed

Requirements

● Native Arabic and fluent English, with excellent written communication in both
● Organized and reliable, able to manage many conversations and priorities at once
● Comfortable with digital tools, CRMs and spreadsheets
● Fresh graduates are welcome

Nice to have

● Experience in customer support, community or social media management
● Familiarity with Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok and the creator economy
● Understanding of Gulf and Saudi audiences
