Overview

As part of the team, the Associate Buying Analyst is responsible for handling large budgets media campaigns for our Media clients.   

Active participator in the production tasks related to activation, guaranteeing efficiency, precision, and minimal error/issues. 

Responsible for implementing and managing overall paid marketing strategy, communication, budget allocation, and ROI from different digital channels. Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of quality outcomes with a deep understanding of media analytics and reporting.  


Responsibilities

  • Input buys and pulling system reports 

  • Assist in buying/allocation process 

  • Develops reports on program content after receiving information from screening service for all prime-time properties 

  • Participates in agency training programs 

  • Maintain buys–confirm flighting, estimates and track delivery, secure make-goods and ADUs, request, and issue pre-logs and post analysis. 

  • Ensure commercial inventory is introduced into MBOX system, including estimate and package set up, managing inventory, overseeing changes, and writing/checking order letters 

  • Ability to turn around high-quality work on quick timelines and to proactively coordinate the workload with managers.  

  • Compile data across several media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports. 


Qualifications

Qualifications:
• B2 or above English language level
• Bachelor's Degree in Media/Advertising or related, Communication or Business Related

• 6 months - 1 year in roles related to Project Management or Marketing

 

Skills:
• Microsoft Excel: Intermediate (Must)
• Negotiation and project management skills (Must)
• Proactive and purposeful person (Must)
• Knowledge of media buying and advertising

• Basic understanding of various biddable media KPI(s).  

• Ability to measure and analyze campaign performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint
