Associate Analyst Risk & Compliance

What you’ll do:

"This position will be based in Eaton’s Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (GSC CoE) in Pune and will contribute to the enhancement of productivity and efficiency of GSC CoE and SCM function.

The person in this position would be supporting Supplier Tooling, Supplier Performance & Supply Chain Risk Management process. 
These processes primarily drive 
1. Proactive and reactive supply risk detection & Mitigation to ensure continuity of supply to Eaton plants. 
2. Measure, Analyze & Report supplier's performance (KPIs) on a monthly basis.
3.Centrally monitor Eaton owned tools to optimize usage and ensure timely maintenance."    

"Functional Skills-
> Extract, Compile & analyze relevant operational data from ERPs and various internal systems.
> Solicit, maintain and track data for Eaton owned tooling & work with operations for optimization and timely replacement/refurbishments.
> Analyze and report various supply chain risk, supplier performance and tooling reports to SCM org.
> Monitor Business critical Suppliers & various risk events occurring globally using a 3rd Party tool.
> Monitor & Report supplier risk leveraging multidimensional risk model.
> Sense impact of various Risk events on SC operations & support Commodity Managers for the mitigation.
> Co-ordinate with various functional stakeholders to ensure consistent process execution with expected output.
> Support various strategic SCM initiatives.
> Leverage Digital skills to automate transactional tasks, build interactive & insightful dashboards.
> Drive continual process improvement
Technical Competencies -
> Data Analytics & Project management skills
> Well versed with MS office tools, mainly MS Excel, PowerPoint & Access
> Proficiency in Python, Power BI, Power Apps & SharePoint sites.
> Understanding of financial Risk evaluation using 3rd party tools like D&B & Rapid Ratings. "
