＜部門について＞

カーディアックリズムマネジメント事業部（CRM）は​​​​​​​、徐脈、頻脈性の不整脈や心不全などの慢性疾患を対象とした植込み型デバイス（ペースメーカ、植込み型除細動器等）による治療と、原因不明の失神と潜因性脳梗塞患者の不整脈をモニタリングするデバイス（植込み型心電図モニタ）を提供しています。
また、遠隔モニタリングシステムによるデバイス管理や、アラート通知による患者管理を行なうことで、治療の質と安全性の向上をサポートします。

その中で我々カスタマーサポートは、テクニカルサポートデスク（TSD）・ペイシェントコールセンター（PCC）の２グループから構成されており、テクニカルサポートデスクは主にCRM製品に関する技術や機能面に関する問い合わせ対応をしており、患者さんの安全第一をモットーに活動しています。

＜業務内容＞

CRMカスタマーサポート/テクニカルサポートデスクとして医療関係者（臨床工学技士、医師、看護師等）、代理店社員および当社営業部からの下記問合せ対応を電話、メール、画像通話を用いて行います

①遠隔モニタリングシステムの操作方法、閲覧方法のサポートや送信データの内容確認等

②CRM製品の機能説明、心電図動作確認、電磁干渉等に関する問い合わせ対応等

　　①を主業務としてサポートをいただきます

　　②はテクニカルサポートデスク内の別チームが主業務として担当しております

＜必須要件＞

職務経験

• 社会人経験2年以上
• 電話応対を含む事務・営業・接客経験

スキル

• 基本的なPC操作（PowerPoint/Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams等）

行動特性

• 周囲と連携しながら、自ら考えて動ける方
• 新しい知識や経験を積極的に取り入れられる方
• 相手を尊重し、責任感を持って取り組める方

学歴

• 高卒以上

＜歓迎要件＞

職務経験

• コールセンター、テレフォンアポインター等の経験
• リモートセールス等の経験
• 医療業界での勤務経験

＜勤務形態＞

• 在宅勤務
• 原則ミーティングはリモート開催のため出社はありません（ただし研修期間中や、年に1回程度の対面による全社ミーティングが別途あります）
• 自宅外での研修受講、学会参加等は要相談
