Role Summary
As a member of the Public Affairs and Policy team, the Associate Director of Public Affairs and Policy – Neurology plays a critical role within Corporate Affairs and at Servier. This role provides substantive policy expertise for coding, coverage, reimbursement, rare disease access, and neurology policy issues to improve access to Servier therapies in the U.S.
The position will serve as the policy lead for Neurology-related federal and state policy developments, including policy issues that may affect near-term product launch readiness, disease-state access, pipeline planning, and long-term Neurology franchise strategy, while partnering closely with the Associate Director for Policy responsible for Oncology to ensure consistent enterprise alignment across Servier’s portfolio.
This position reports to the Director, Public Affairs and Policy and works collaboratively across Servier, including regular partnership with U.S. colleagues in Patient Advocacy, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and Patient Services. The role leads policy intelligence efforts to interpret U.S. federal and state policy developments, assess implications for Servier's business, pipeline, and patients, and develop actionable policy recommendations and internal education. This position will act as a neurology policy subject matter expert at public affairs events and external engagements, supporting engagement with key policy stakeholders.

You are a motivated self-starter with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously both individually as well as in cross-functional environments. You have strong written and oral communications skills, Medicare and Medicare policy experience, and preferably biopharma policy experience. You like to work in a challenging and dynamic environment that can change and improve the lives of patients.

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is $156-$185k. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Employees in this position are also eligible for Short-Term and Long-Term incentive programs.
