We are a multi-division US transportation company looking for an HR expert to manage the recruitment, payroll, and HR of the organization across all business lines and departments.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Investigate HR and Employee Relations issues, including:
  • Conducting investigation related interviews
  • Drafting reports and proposing remedial action based on investigation findings
  • Producing complete investigation documentation
  • Analysing data from various reporting systems to ensure swift progress on cases
  • Management of stakeholders as related to the case ensuring appropriate closure
  • Independently manage assigned casework, bringing investigations to closure rapidly and definitively
  • Design, collect, and analyse multiple levels of employee and stakeholder feedback
  • Analyse aggregate casework data to identify issue trends and opportunities for Consult and collaborate with business partners, Corporate ER teams, Compliance and Legal teams on complex employee investigations
  • Manage critical employee relations issues that are crisis-oriented to ensure successfully completion within limited time and SLAs
  • Partner in analysis and revision of people programmes, policies, and practices. Capability to work with business to input into engagement or cultural plans to improve ER/IR situation and fix situation in the ER/IR hot spots.
  • Help analyse, diagnose, design, and revise people programmes, policies, and Ability to manage ER/IR project at large scale and to be engaged in complex case resolution
