As an Area Sales Associate, Group Experiences, you will drive revenue growth by converting inbound birthday, social, and group event demand into memorable iFLY experiences across assigned markets. This role owns the customer sales experience from inquiry through booking and focuses on maximizing conversion, customer satisfaction, repeat business, and average booking value. Success requires strong consultative selling skills, urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high inquiry volume while creating exceptional guest experiences.
