Vos responsabilités :

• Faciliter la mise en œuvre et le support des processus SAP SD/OTC.
• Réaliser des analyses détaillées de processus métier complexes et proposer des solutions système appropriées, identifier, interpréter, valider et documenter les besoins clients.
• Animer des ateliers afin de recueillir les besoins opérationnels.
• Cartographier les exigences opérationnelles, les processus et les objectifs clés; développer les changements produit nécessaires pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
• Concevoir le module SD/LE (conception des documents, scénarios de test et résultats).
• Superviser la configuration et les tests.
• Identifier les écarts, les problèmes et les alternatives.
• Agir comme intermédiaire avec le client pour la résolution de problèmes : investiguer, analyser et résoudre les problèmes liés aux logiciels.
• Si nécessaire, gérer des changements urgents ou des transports pour des problèmes prioritaires.
• Identifier de manière proactive et livrer de manière proactive des améliorations des processus métier ou du système.
• Fournir des services de conseil pour de nouveaux sites ainsi que pour des projets de support existants.
• Contribuer, au besoin, à la formation et au soutien ad hoc des utilisateurs.

Profil recherché :

• Au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans des projets d’implémentation (plusieurs cycles complets au minimum), le support, la conception et la configuration du module SD et des processus OTC dans le secteur de la vente en gros.
• Connaissance des principaux points d’intégration avec d’autres modules SAP (une expérience avec MM, Finance ou EWM est un atout).
• Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs tâches, livrables et projets.
• Expérience dans les secteurs de la distribution en gros.
• Compréhension des processus métier en comptabilité.
• Compétences exceptionnelles en communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français.
• La maîtrise de l’anglais est nécessaire pour les activités de mise en œuvre en contact avec les clients dans plusieurs régions.
• Une appréciation pour l’innovation, l’amélioration continue et les approches de livraison modernes, y compris l’automatisation et les services optimisés par l’IA.

We are currently seeking a SAP SD Lead Solution Architect [Wholesale Industry] to join our team!

Your tasks: 

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD/OTC processes  

• Perform detailed analyses of complex business processes and provide appropriate system solutions identity, interpret, validate and document customer requirements 

• Facilitate workshops to collect operational requirements 

• Map operational requirements, processes and key objectives; develop product changes needed to meet customer needs 

• Design the SD/LE module (Document design, test scenarios, and results)

• Supervise the configuration and tests

• Identify gaps, problems, and alternatives 

• Act as an intermediary with the client for problem-solving: investigating, analyzing, and solving software-related problems 

• If necessary, deal with urgent changes or transport for high-priority problems 

• Proactively identify and proactively deliver business processes or system improvements 

• Provide consulting services on new locations and existing support projects 

• Contribute to ad hoc user training and support as needed 

You have: 

• At least 10 years of experience in implementation projects (at least several full cycles), support, design and configuration of the SD module and OTC processes within the wholesale industry
• Knowledge of the main integration points with the other SAP modules (MM, Finance or EWM experience is an asset) 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deliverables, and projects at the same time 

• Experience in wholesale-distribution industries

• Understanding accounting business processes 

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and French

• Proficiency in English is necessary for client-facing implementation activities across multiple regions.

Pay range for this position is $185,000 - $210,000
