Job Description

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements; • Develop and implement custom applications, integrations, and configurations in ServiceNow platform; • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams in ServiceNow best practices; • Manage and maintain ServiceNow instances, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning; • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions; • Stay updated with latest trends and developments in ServiceNow platform and recommend innovative solutions. • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements; • Develop and implement custom applications, integrations, and configurations in ServiceNow platform; • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams in ServiceNow best practices; • Manage and maintain ServiceNow instances, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning; • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions; • Stay updated with latest trends and developments in ServiceNow platform and recommend innovative solutions.
