Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current IT processes and workflows to identify automation opportunities - Design and implement end-to-end automated solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure effective integration of automation solutions develop and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and tools to support continuous improvement efforts

- Conduct performance monitoring and troubleshooting of automation solutions to ensure optimal functionality

- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in IT automation to drive innovation and efficiency.
