Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the continuous refinement of trust and safety policies by providing culturally informed insights specific to Arabic-language content and user behaviour.
• Meet and consistently exceed performance benchmarks related to accuracy, productivity, and quality of content review in a fast-paced social media environment.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Arabic language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role — candidates must be able to assess nuanced Arabic-language content with high cultural and linguistic accuracy.
• Valid EU passport is mandatory for eligibility to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• A genuine interest in digital safety, online trust frameworks, or content moderation within the social media industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make consistent, well-reasoned content decisions under pressure and within established guidelines.
• Good working knowledge of English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with international team members and management.
